1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Craft AI: Image & Video Maker application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Craft AI provides users with AI-powered tools to transform images and generate videos based on user inputs. Features include:

• Image-to-Image: Transforming uploaded photos into selected predefined styles (e.g., Anime, Watercolor, 3D).
• Image-to-Video: Generating short video clips from static images.

Access to these generation features requires the use of Credits.

3. Virtual Credits

The App uses a virtual currency named "Credits" to perform specific actions, such as generating AI images or videos.

• Acquisition: Credits can be acquired by purchasing them ("Purchased Credits") or earned by performing actions such as watching rewarded video advertisements ("Earned Credits").
• No Monetary Value: Credits have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
• Consumption: Credits are consumed upon the successful generation of content. The cost per generation is displayed within the App.
• Expiration: We reserve the right to expire unused Credits if your account remains inactive for a specific period, subject to applicable laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Craft AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You retain ownership of the original images you upload.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually). Subscription plans may or may not include a monthly allotment of Credits.

In-App Purchases: You may purchase one-time packs of Credits via the applicable App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
